1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 177bet platform (accessible at https://177bet.bar), you ("the Member", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into this agreement by reference.

177bet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page with an updated effective date. 2. Eligibility and Registration

To open a 177bet account and participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a firm minimum — no exceptions are made.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from 177bet or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of 177bet or any of its service providers.
• You are registering only one account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. 177bet reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at registration, including but not limited to identity documents, proof of address, and payment method ownership. Failure to provide adequate verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

By completing registration, you confirm that all information you have provided is truthful and that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.

3. Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold one active 177bet account. If 177bet identifies that a single individual holds more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — 177bet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit any associated balances including bonuses and winnings.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 177bet immediately at [email protected]. 177bet will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the breach is attributable to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.3 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your 177bet account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, net of any pending wagering requirements attached to active bonuses. Accounts closed under a self-exclusion request are subject to the terms set out in the Responsible Gaming Policy.

3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login or financial transaction has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 177bet reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to ৳500 per month to inactive accounts, deducted from the available balance. Members will be notified before inactivity fees begin to apply. An account with a zero balance that remains inactive may be closed without further notice.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 177bet currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 177bet does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency transfers, or third-party payments on behalf of another person.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are generally credited to your 177bet account within minutes of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to clear, depending on your bank. 177bet does not impose a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may charge its own transaction fee.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours of submission, subject to identity verification requirements. Withdrawals are paid only to a payment method registered in your own name and verified against your 177bet account. Withdrawal requests submitted to unverified payment methods will be held pending verification. 177bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Amounts. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as any applicable daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits, are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time. Members will be notified of any changes to transaction limits via the platform or by email.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 177bet is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activity. All transactions on the platform are subject to monitoring. 177bet reserves the right to freeze accounts, delay withdrawals, and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that funds are of illicit origin or that a member is engaged in money laundering or fraud.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

177bet offers promotional bonuses to new and existing members from time to time, including but not limited to a welcome deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered members aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus is available once per member, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the individual promotion before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period stated in the specific promotion. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the stated period.
• 177bet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that has been obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity, and to void any winnings generated from such activity.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering conditions.
• In the event of a conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of that promotion will prevail.

177bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members who have already opted into a promotion at the time of its withdrawal will be bound by the terms in effect at the time they opted in.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules. All bets placed on 177bet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. These rules are published within each game or market on the platform. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute, the rules published on the platform at the time the bet was placed will govern the outcome.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within each market or game interface and may be adjusted at 177bet's discretion, including on a per-account basis where 177bet considers it appropriate to manage risk.

6.3 Error Resolution. In the event that a bet is accepted due to a manifest error — including incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or a technical malfunction — 177bet reserves the right to void the affected bet or bets and return stakes to the member's account. 177bet will use reasonable efforts to notify affected members promptly.

6.4 Suspicious Activity. 177bet monitors all betting activity for signs of match manipulation, advantage play that exceeds acceptable bounds, use of prohibited automated betting software, and any other behaviour that compromises the integrity of the platform. Where such activity is identified, 177bet may void affected bets, suspend the account under investigation, and withhold related winnings pending review.

6.5 Disconnection Policy. If your internet connection is interrupted during a live game or in-play betting session, any bet already confirmed and accepted by the platform prior to disconnection remains valid and will be settled according to the applicable rules. 177bet is not liable for any losses caused by disconnection on the member's end.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 177bet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, game names, interface design, and source code — is the property of 177bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the 177bet platform for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of 177bet.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 177bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

177bet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and circumstances beyond 177bet's reasonable control (including telecommunications failures and force majeure events) may cause temporary service disruptions. 177bet will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to communicate planned downtime to members in advance.

In all cases, 177bet's total aggregate liability to any member in respect of any claim or series of related claims arising under or in connection with this agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

177bet collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering and using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

177bet uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with our payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services as necessary to operate the platform and comply with our legal obligations.
